Privacy Policy — Old School Cure

This Privacy Policy explains what Old School Cure LLC ("OSC") collects when you use oldschoolcure.com, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. Oklahoma's consumer data privacy law (SB 546, effective January 1, 2027) sets thresholds that OSC does not reach, but we follow its principles anyway: collect only what we need, say what we do with it, and let you see, correct or delete it.

What we collect

Age check. Whether you confirmed you are 21 or older (stored on your device only, not sent to us).
Accounts. Username, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), name, phone, email, dispensary name and OMMA license number for dispensary accounts; date of birth result (21+ yes/no) and optional patient license number for patient accounts.
Orders. Products, quantities, totals, notes, delivery details, reward and loyalty activity, and Metrc manifest records required by Oklahoma law.
Visits. Standard server logs from our host (Netlify) and one anonymous "a visitor arrived" ping per session that tells us the page and approximate region. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel also collect usage data as described in the Cookie Policy.
Messages. Anything you send us by email, text or the newsletter form.

Why we use it

To run wholesale ordering, verify licenses with OMMA, deliver orders and keep the records Oklahoma requires.
To let patients save favorites and receive drop announcements they opted into.
To keep the Site secure and understand which pages are useful.
To send newsletters you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who sees it

Our hosting and data provider (Netlify, Inc.), our delivery team, and our accountant for invoices.
Oklahoma regulators (OMMA, OBNDD) and the Metrc tracking system where the law requires.
Google and Meta, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data and we do not run targeted advertising based on your data.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account exists. If you delete your account we remove the login, profile and loyalty balance immediately. Order and manifest records are kept as anonymized business records for the period Oklahoma compliance rules require (currently seven years) and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

See, correct or export your account data from the account page, or by emailing us.
Delete your account from the account page at any time.
Change your cookie choice from the Cookie Policy page.
Email oldschoolcure.okc@gmail.com with any request; we answer within 45 days.

Security

Accounts use salted, hashed passwords and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you believe your data was exposed.

Children

The Site is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete it if we learn we have.
