Terms of Service — Old School Cure

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oldschoolcure.com (the "Site") and the wholesale ordering portal operated by Old School Cure LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company and OMMA-licensed medical marijuana processor (license PAAA-OOFH-9SQQ) and grower (license GAAI-1JCG-CV7F) located in Guthrie, Oklahoma ("OSC", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older and for valid Oklahoma medical marijuana patients, caregivers and licensed businesses. By entering you confirm that you meet one of these requirements. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Site, and we may close any account that we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Medical marijuana only

Oklahoma is a medical-only market. OSC sells wholesale to OMMA-licensed dispensaries. We do not sell to patients or consumers directly through the Site. Product availability, menus and lab results are shown for information; nothing on the Site is an offer to sell to anyone who is not an OMMA-licensed business.

3. Accounts

Dispensary accounts. You must provide accurate business details and a valid OMMA dispensary license number. We may check your license against OMMA records (including OMMA Verify) at any time, and we may pause or close an account whose license cannot be verified, has expired or has been revoked. Orders and deliveries require a valid license and a Metrc-registered facility.
Patient accounts. Patients may create an account to save favorites and receive drop announcements. A patient account does not allow purchasing. You must provide your date of birth; your OMMA patient license number is optional and used only to confirm eligibility.
Security. You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away at oldschoolcure.okc@gmail.com if you believe your account was used without permission.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep after deletion.

4. Orders, pricing and delivery

Placing an order through the portal is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may reject or limit any order, including when an item sold out before confirmation.
Wholesale prices are shown only to logged-in, verified dispensary accounts and may change without notice. Bulk pricing, reward tiers, free-delivery thresholds and loyalty points are promotional programs that we may modify or end at any time; they have no cash value.
Deliveries are made on our scheduled Oklahoma routes with a Metrc transfer manifest. A delivery fee applies below the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery and acceptance at your licensed premises.
Payment terms are agreed per account. Past-due balances may pause ordering.

5. Product information

Lab results (COAs), THC, terpene and cannabinoid figures come from licensed Oklahoma laboratories and apply to the specific batch tested. Natural products vary between batches. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a physician about medical marijuana.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break any law, to scrape or copy our content, to interfere with the Site or its security, to impersonate anyone, or to create accounts with false information. We may suspend access for any violation.

7. Intellectual property

The Old School Cure name, logo, label art, photographs, text and the OSC × Homies numbering are owned by OSC or used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent. Partner names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by Oklahoma law, OSC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Site or from products ordered through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Logan County or Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
